Privacy and data retention

fileeasy.app keeps only the data needed to provide the service. Without an account, your files are not stored.
What is stored and for how long

File processing
Merging, organizing and images-to-PDF run in your browser without uploading. Other tools send files to fileeasy.app servers only when you start a task and delete them after the result. Files are never used to train AI. Member accounts keep history only, not result files; to get a file again, open the same tool and run it again.
Cookies and advertising
Necessary cookies keep your language and sign-in. Analytics, external advertising and personalization run only with separate consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Video download pages never show Google ads. Guests and free members may see ads on other pages; Pro members see none. Without consent for external ads, only non-personalized ads are requested.
Affiliate links
Some pages show labelled Shopee, TikTok Shop or Lazada affiliate links. fileeasy.app may earn a commission from purchases. Stores set prices and handle order data under their own policies.
Your rights under the PDPA
You may request access to, correction, deletion or a copy of your account data, and withdraw consent. Members can delete or export their history in My space.
Copyright and takedown
Use the tools only with files and videos you own or are allowed to use. Rights holders can report infringing content through the contact below.
